Rx and Refills
Prescription refills are now handled through our Patient Portal system.
- If you have had an appointment since June 19 2014, and are familiar with the new Patient Portal, please login here, and submit your refill request.
- If you have not had a recent visit, or do not know how to use the Patient Portal, please call us at 972-608-3333 for help with your refill request.
Notes:
- Prescription refill requests will require 48 business hours to process.
- If you are overdue for a follow-up office visit, your prescription will not be filled until you speak with our staff for an assessment.
